What we do not use

Neturon does not place advertising cookies, social tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. The contact form does not store a cookie in order to send your message, because the message is not sent.

Strictly necessary technology

Signing in with a sample employee account sets one strictly necessary session cookie. It keeps the sign-in on this browser and is removed when you sign out. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

Your language choice

If you choose a language from a language menu, or answer the language suggestion, we remember that choice in a cookie calledneturon_langfor up to 12 months, so the website and the employee and client portals show your language and do not ask again. It is set only when you make a choice, holds only the language code (for example fr), and is not used for analytics or advertising. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

Your theme choice

If you choose Light, Dark or Match my device from the theme switch, we remember that choice in a cookie calledneturon_themefor up to 12 months, so the website and the portals open in your theme. It is set only when you make a choice, holds only that choice (light, dark or system), and is not used for analytics or advertising. Without it, pages follow your device's own light or dark setting. The same menu remembers a text size in neturon_textand a font in neturon_font, in the same way: set only when you choose, holding only that choice, for up to 12 months.

Inside the portals

After you sign in, two small cookies remember display choices you make: neturon_tabsnotes the last tab you opened on a kind of page and ends when you close the browser, and neturon_welcomeremembers for up to 12 months that a client user chose to hide the welcome checklist. Neither holds personal information or is used for analytics or advertising.
